Alan Ritchson Addresses Batman Speculation in DCU

Alan Ritchson, known for Smallville and Titans, recently addressed rumors about him playing Batman in James Gunn’s DC Universe. Moreover, he has a rich history in DC adaptations, including Aquaman (Arthur Curry) in Smallville and Hawk (Hank Hall) in Titans. As a result, fans were eager to hear his thoughts.

Furthermore, speaking with Variety, Ritchson confirmed that he had conversations with Gunn:

“Well, it’s not rumor that James Gunn is a fan. He said it himself. And am I a fan of James Gunn? Absolutely. I don’t want to mislead people. Words have been exchanged about Batman.”

Despite the excitement, he remained realistic about the possibility of playing Bruce Wayne:

“But I strongly don’t think that Batman is in my future. I do think there is something in my future with DC. And I would like that to remain true.”
