Ben Affleck Says he had a “worst” experience on Justice League.

Ben Affleck came forth to share his filming experience of the 2017 film Justice League. This film was directed by Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon.

Here is what Ben Affleck who plays the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman says to Los Angeles Times:

It just was the worst experience. It was awful. It was everything that I didn’t like about this.” He also shared, “That was a bad experience because of a confluence of things: my own life, my divorce, being away too much, the competing agendas and then Zack (Snyder)’s personal tragedy (Snyder’s daughter Autumn died by suicide in 2017) and the reshooting. That became the moment where I said, ‘I’m not doing this anymore.’ It’s not even about, like, Justice League was so bad. Because it could have been anything.

In July 2020, Justice League co-star Ray Fisher made allegations towards Whedon that Whedon had been abusive during the film’s shoot. The actor also added that producers Geoff Johns and Jon Berg enabled Whedon’s alleged actions. After the investigation, Warner Bros. had taken remedial action towards this allegation. Ben Affleck also shared why he dropped from ‘The Batman’ as:

“I looked at it and thought, ‘I’m not going to be happy doing this. The person who does this should love it.”

Later that Gal Gadot also shared her adverse experience that she had with Whedon. She revealed to Israel’s N12 News that he threatened her career.

The Flash is possibly Ben Afflecks last outing as the caped crusader. The movie is expected to hit theatres on November 4, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest updates on all of DC’s upcoming projects. You can also subscribe to DC Updates’ YouTube channel for more video content in the future!
