Happy anniversary to Mister Miracle, who debuted in MISTER MIRACLE #1, written by Jack Kirby, with pencils by Jack Kirby and inks by Vince Colletta. Soon to be seen in our DCU animated show based on the 12-issue comic book series from @tomking_tk and @mitchgerads.”
When asked whether the show would be set within the DCU, Gunn confirmed:
“Indeed.”
With this confirmation, Mister Miracle is officially part of the DCU continuity. Fans who follow interconnected stories across films, animated series, and comics are particularly excited.

The series will follow Scott Free, also known as Mister Miracle, the world’s greatest escape artist. The official show description reads:
