“No. We are currently casting a female character in [Man of Tomorrow]. My only guess is scopers are taking a stab at guessing [Wonder Woman].”
This statement has effectively shut down months of speculation, though fans are still eager to learn which new hero will join the DCU in this film.
Who Could the Female Character Be?
With Wonder Woman confirmed absent, the new female character could be one of several DC heroes. Possibilities include Maxima, Renee Montoya, or Big Barda, the latter of whom is already part of the DCU animated series Mister Miracle.
