HBO Max has another busy week of new releases ahead, with the Lanterns release dates adding to an exciting lineup of titles across different genres and giving subscribers plenty of viewing options throughout the week.

“There’s affection, but there’s also some aggression back and forth. The series was written to be in the rhythm of the banter of those two guys.”

Some viewers questioned the lack of the color green in the footage. Damon Lindelof responded to the reaction with a joke about the show’s title.

Lindelof said:

“It’s called Lanterns, because we all agreed that the ‘Green’ was stupid, so now it’s just Lanterns.”
